We were ready to step up to the plate with a custom sign project for the Verandas, a housing development in Statesboro. The main goal was to create signage that helped the Verandas stand out from neighboring subdivisions, all while capturing a coastal vibe. We incorporated elements inspired by the Verandas' cottage-style houses to design something authentic.The completed signage package included a lit double-faced monument sign with a cabinet adorned with digitally printed vinyl. The sign featured routed and push-through copy, adding depth and dimension to the design. We fabricated a lighthouse column with wood and rope accents to enhance the coastal theme, creating a visually striking and cohesive look. By leveraging the Verandas’ unique architectural style, we delivered a custom sign solution that effectively communicated the development's identity and set it apart from the surrounding communities.
